به گزارش پی اچ دی یار، به نقل از روابط عمومی مرکز سنجش و پذیرش دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی، انتخاب رشته دوره دکتری تخصصی سال 98 دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی برای داوطلبانی که در آزمون سراسری دوره دکتری تخصصی سازمان سنجش  آموزش کشور شرکت کرده اند، از سه شنبه 3 اردیبهشت ماه آغاز و تا ساعت 24 روز دوشنبه 16 اردیبهشت ماه ادامه دارد.

داوطلبان مجاز به انتخاب رشته براساس کارنامه صادره از سوی سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور می توانند متناسب با مجموعه امتحانی خود حداکثر تا 8۰ رشته/ محل را در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی انتخاب کنند.

داوطلبان لازم است با مراجعه به سامانه مرکز آزمون، دفترچه راهنمای انتخاب رشته دکتری آزاد 98 را دریافت نمایند. متقاضیان دوره دکتری تخصصی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی لازم است پس از مطالعه دقیق دفترچه راهنما در صورت دایر بودن رشته/ گرایش مورد تقاضای ایشان در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از طریق همین سامانه نسبت به خرید کارت اعتباری انتخاب رشته اقدام نمایند.

داوطلبان به منظور ورود به سامانه انتخاب رشته لازم است اطلاعات کارت اعتباری خریداری شده را به همراه شناسه انتخاب رشته مندرج در ذیل کارنامه صادره از سوی سازمان سنجش آموزش کشور را در اختیار داشته باشند.

زمان ثبت نام دوره  دکتری تخصصی بدون آزمون(ویژه استعدادهای درخشان) متعاقباً اعلام خواهد شد.

Over the recent years, Business Process Management (BPM) paradigm has become more socially driven. The socialization of processes has become an unavoidable way to realize flexible processes by including means to improve collaboration, knowledge sharing and collective decisions. However, the majority of current proposed approaches are limited to the exploitation of social technologies (social networks, blogs, wiki…), without providing a coherent conceptual and reusable framework, independent from those technologies. This paper defines precisely the social dimension to be taken into account in BPM and recommends a set of models to structure the design and development of Social BPM. In addition, a social ontology has been developed with Protege 5.0 and rules for inferring knowledge and queries for exploiting it have been implemented with SWRL and SPARQL.

Enterprise Information Systems are enjoying an extensive trajectory in the optimization of organizations worldwide, of which predominantly the Business Process Management (BPM) systems stand out for their great flexibility. BPM models describe business workflows and are highly useful in detecting errors and bottlenecks and in identifying possible improvements. On the other hand, educational management software tools offer a large number of functionalities, but have yet to take advantage of these techniques. Our main objective is to perform an empirical analysis in this unexplored area to evaluate the advantages of applying BPM in the implementation of innovative and dynamic teaching activities.

Using this methodology, we have designed RubricaSoft, a BPM system focused on providing dynamic educational processes. It automates multiple tasks, including peer evaluation, information integration and the management of deadlines. The results have been very promising from the point of view of the three axes upon which the evaluation has been carried out: satisfaction of students, improvement in academic results and increase in the productivity of teachers. In one of the processes, the time spent by the teacher has been reduced by 80% and student participation increased by 41%.

Mainstream brand management literature views brands as products or organisations carrying brand names and brand managers as being in control of brand-related actions and outcomes. By contrast, recent empirical research shows the substantial influence of stakeholders on brands. Together with brand management, stakeholders shape brands by participating in brand-related interaction. European brand research accordingly treats brands as ongoing and complex processes in constant flux. Nevertheless, literature suffers from a significant lack of theoretical underpinnings for understanding brands as complex processes; in this respect, building on European philosophy is a fruitful avenue. This paper introduces the metaphor of the rhizome and draws on European process philosophy to further develop an integrative processual understanding of brands. Brand claiming control over brands as processes turns out to be a delusion.

The literature on management control system (MCS) has challenged the traditional belief that their use restrains the entrepreneurial posture of start-ups. This literature relates the adoption of these systems by start-ups to internal and external contingency factors. The aims of this study are twofold: i) to explore how different causal conditions related to these factors combine in explaining the use of MCS, and ii) how these combinations of causal conditions differ when comparing the MCS that relate to planning with those that relate to evaluation.
Based on survey data from a sample of high-tech start-ups, this study seeks to meet these objectives through quantitative and qualitative research methods.
The findings contribute to a better understanding of the adoption of MCS by start-ups. The findings demonstrate the relevance of the configurational analytical technique when simultaneously exploring the internal and external factors that lead to adoption.

چکیده:

Utility tunnel should be well maintained for it services public pipelines and city operation. In the recent time, utility tunnel has been operated via computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) or building automation systems (BAS). However, CMMS or BAS lack of convenient visualization and interoperability. This paper aims to propose an integrated system of building information modelling (BIM) and geographic information system (GIS) to improve the performance of current maintenance management system. A system framework of BIM-3DGIS is proposed and required maintenance management functions are also developed based on practice demands. A real case of utility tunnel is used to demonstrate the system. Two scenarios and a questionnaire survey are conducted to validate the applicability and practicability. Results show that the proposed BIM-3DGIS system can ensure effective maintenance works and have well potential applications.

چکیده

Employees who must rely upon poor quality work instructions are less efficient and have lower job satisfaction. Thus, it is in most companies’ interest to avoid this type of situation. However, a literature review revealed that literature on work instruction quality is sparse. To address this issue, this paper proposes a framework for understanding information quality of work instructions in industrial management contexts. The framework includes 15 dimensions of work instructional information quality problems, which are grouped into five categories: intrinsic problems, representational problems, unmatched information, questionable information, and inaccessible information. To illustrate the relevance of the framework in an industrial management context, studies of two engineer-to-order companies were carried out. The studies revealed that the companies experienced problems related to all 15 dimensions. The framework may be used as a guide for industrial managers who wish to avoid instances of employees performing work based on poor quality instructions.

چکیده

The increased attention given to the topic of green supply chain management (GSCM) warrants the writing of this paper. The concept of GSCM is to integrate environmental thinking into supply chain management (SCM). As such, GSCM is important in influencing the total environment impact of any organizations involved in supply chain activities. More importantly, GSCM can contribute to sustainability performance enhancement. In this paper, we focus on the environmental collaboration, which has been seen as a key relational capability to facilitate the GSCM strategic formulation and execution. The purpose of this paper is two-fold: (i) review the extant literature on the relationship between GSCM, environmental collaboration and sustainability performance and (ii) propose a plausible conceptual model to elucidate the relationship between these three variables in the context of Malaysian manufacturing companies. Accordingly, such thought depends upon more detailed empirical research by using advanced structural equation modeling approaches. The research findings will be particularly important for manufacturing companies in developing environmental collaboration with their suppliers in order to achieve sustainability performance.
