<p id="sp010"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;">Enterprise Information Systems are enjoying an extensive trajectory in the optimization of organizations worldwide, of which predominantly the Business Process Management (BPM) systems stand out for their great flexibility. BPM models describe business workflows and are highly useful in detecting errors and bottlenecks and in identifying possible improvements. On the other hand, educational management software tools offer a large number of functionalities, but have yet to take advantage of these techniques. Our main objective is to perform an empirical analysis in this unexplored area to evaluate the advantages of applying BPM in the implementation of innovative and dynamic teaching activities.</span></p>
<p id="sp015"><span style="color: #000000; font-size: 12pt;">Using this methodology, we have designed RubricaSoft, a BPM system focused on providing dynamic educational processes. It automates multiple tasks, including peer evaluation, information integration and the management of deadlines. The results have been very promising from the point of view of the three axes upon which the evaluation has been carried out: satisfaction of students, improvement in academic results and increase in the productivity of teachers. In one of the processes, the time spent by the teacher has been reduced by 80% and student participation increased by 41%.</span></p>

<p id="sp0010" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Utility tunnel should be well maintained for it services public pipelines and city operation. In the recent time, utility tunnel has been operated via computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) or building automation systems (BAS). However, CMMS or BAS lack of convenient visualization and interoperability. This paper aims to propose an integrated system of building information modelling (BIM) and geographic information system (GIS) to improve the performance of current maintenance management system. A system framework of BIM-3DGIS is proposed and required maintenance management functions are also developed based on practice demands. A real case of utility tunnel is used to demonstrate the system. Two scenarios and a questionnaire survey are conducted to validate the applicability and practicability. Results show that the proposed BIM-3DGIS system can ensure effective maintenance works and have well potential applications.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="result_box" class="" lang="fa" style="font-size: 12pt;"><span title="The research findings will be particularly important for manufacturing companies in developing environmental collaboration with their suppliers in order to achieve sustainability performance.">The increased attention given to the topic of green supply chain management (GSCM) warrants the writing of this paper. The concept of GSCM is to integrate environmental thinking into supply chain management (SCM). As such, GSCM is important in influencing the total environment impact of any organizations involved in supply chain activities. More importantly, GSCM can contribute to sustainability performance enhancement. In this paper, we focus on the environmental collaboration, which has been seen as a key relational capability to facilitate the GSCM strategic formulation and execution. The purpose of this paper is two-fold: (i) review the extant literature on the relationship between GSCM, environmental collaboration and sustainability performance and (ii) propose a plausible conceptual model to elucidate the relationship between these three variables in the context of Malaysian manufacturing companies. Accordingly, such thought depends upon more detailed empirical research by using advanced structural equation modeling approaches. The research findings will be particularly important for manufacturing companies in developing environmental collaboration with their suppliers in order to achieve sustainability performance.</span></span></p>
